Where do you like to buy men’s button-down shirts in NYC? Ideally looking for a place with a variety of styles. Thanks!

How much do you want to spend? I have not personally been, but CEGO comes highly recommended. They're a custom shirting outfit, so they'll measure you and you can pick fabrics and accents, plus they do all their sewing in the city. Prices are comparable with other higher-end off the rack options.

I go to Proper Cloth. They have my measurements and have a wide variety of fabrics and styles. They have 2 showrooms in NYC (midtown and soho): https://propercloth.com/showrooms.

They only sell their own brand (with different styles within that brand), but Charles Tyrwhitt and Thomas Pink.

I came in to recommend CEGO – I've gone to Carl for years and long since stopped getting shirts anywhere else. He can make dress shirts exactly to your specifications (mine are extra long with an extra button down the front so they stay tucked) but also casual shirts – he has beautiful flannels.
