I live in Mexico and Need Business Quality USA Phone number

I have Skype and Google phone numbers, but they don't offer sufficient flexibility to be used for a business phone. For instance, neither allows me to set # of rings before transferring to voicemail. I want the USA number, but I don't want to have to travel to USA to do this. BTW, I am a US citizen. Thanks in advance for advice, recommendations, reviews, etc.

I used a company called numberbarn to choose a phone number for a specific area / state in the US.

I don't know if they offer any services about voicemail or number of rings, I used numberbarn only to acquire a phone number that I then transferred out to a different service.
