How can I get a voicemail/phone number in St.Kitts / Nevis?

I have a business that is incorporated in Nevis, but I am living in the USA. I want voicemail ability so people can call or maybe fax me to the Nevis number. I have looked at j2, but they don't offer Nevis. I have also looked at phone providers, but they will just give me a UK number. I am willing to do VoIP, but of course neither Skype or any other the other majors seem to offer services in the Nevis area. I have also looked at virtual offices, but haven't found any that will give me the phone number, just some receptionist.

I've setup internet service in Nevis before, but I can't recall the provider. In looking through some of my contacts, I know a guy in Anguilla that sells phone number for the Carribean, but I'm not sure if I still have his current contact info.

I will email you details.

E-mail was sent to the gmail account listed on your profile. Did you get it?

Best answer: I got it. But I found a better solution. The solution is to by SIM cards from a phone company called Digicel. You can buy them in the US and have them shipped to you. The question is how do you fund them without the Nevis-local vouchers you buy. It isn't as if they have them in the USA from what I have noticed.

The link is here, and basically this allows you to get a phone number in any country: http://www.telestial.com/sim_cards.php
