Seeking Chocolate Overload in Austin, TX

The boss is a chocoholic and his birthday is Thursday. Several employees (along with his wife/cofounder) surprise him each year with something CHOCOLATE! We've outdone ourselves every year and are needing new ideas! What is the most extreme, most chocolatey chocolate [fill in the blank] that can be procured in Austin, TX? Bonus if it will feed about 10 of us small servings while leaving him with CHOCOLATE to take home. Recipes also welcome, I think there's a baker or two among us.

I had chocolate baklava in Istanbul once. I believe the word is foodgasm. Looks like it is sold online (I don't know this purveyor, just googled "chocolate baklava").

You can get an absurdly large 11lb (5kg) dark chocolate bar.

It's high-quality chocolate, and is also available as semi-sweet and milk chocolate. You can present it with a mallet and chisel, on a cutting board, so people can break off their own pieces.

My mother once received a 10-lb bar of Ghirardelli chocolate. We kept it in her shop and occasionally knocked off a chunk with a hammer to snack on. I can't find the Ghirardelli bar, but I do see that Amazon also has 10-lb bars from Guittard, which is also legit.

I am confident something like this will make an impression.

Add some coffee to the recipe, it brings out the chocolate flavor.

Goldbelly ships specialty foods nationwide, and the Strip House's 24 layer chocolate cake is absolutely legendary (I've had it in person). Looks like that would definitely ship in time, and if that's not to your liking, the search for "chocolate" on Goldbelly is teeming with results.

If you're willing to go to an Uncle Julio's they have a chocolate pinata that feeds a whole table.
