How can I purchase a copy of this song for personal use?

I'm a bit obsessed with the track "Like This" by the artist Baby Powder, theme music from the "Abroad in Japan" podcast . The song is available from the stock music site Premium Beat and I would happily pay a couple of bucks to download or repeatedly stream a copy, or up to about $15USD to download a full copy with all the loops and stems to play around with, but I can't justify $49USD which is the minimum for a web/personal/corporate license. Is there any other way to obtain this piece solely for personal use?

Why not contact the artist? Premium Beat is an exclusive platform, meaning that (at least according to the agreement with Premium Beat) he can't offer that track for sale anywhere else.

Response by poster: Thanks uncleozzy, that was my first thought, but I held back because I have a feeling a busy musician is more hoping for gig bookings rather than miniature sales through their contact form! I've sent a message now, so I'll cross my fingers.

If anyone else has any other ideas, still glad to hear them. (Is there a way to find other media that uses that track? Are there free or personal-use priced ways to obtain similar kinds of tracks with stems and loops I can play around with?)
