Yet another #namethissong question

Please help me find a song about lovers reuniting in the afterlife after one dies.

This used to be one of my favourite songs, so of course I cannot for the life of me remember anything about that would actually lead to successful Googling. What I can remember: band with a male singer, rock-ish sound, maaaabye in minor key, released no later than 2020 and most likely sometime in the 2000s or early 2010s.

The lyrics, as best as I can remember, are about a woman whose boyfriend is killed unexpectedly in a car accident. There's mention of roses being laid on a grave, and about how she's going to meet him again someday and they'll be happy together then.

Does anyone have any clue what it might be?

It's not Don Conoscenti's The Other Side from his album Paradox of Grace, but you might like that. Here's a solo acoustic version and a more recent one to choose among as well.

Genders are reversed and it's a little too old, but would it be the Pearl Jam cover of Last Kiss?

You might be able to scan this faster than me. But there was:

20. "See You There" by Joey Feek (on edit... Joey's a woman's name here)
In this heartrending 2005 country ditty, a narrator recalls a loved one's last moments and the scene of the car accident that took his life 10 years previously. "See you there," the last phrase spoken between them, takes on larger emotional significance.

And thanks for the earworm, babelfish.... I'm going to have that in my head for the rest of the day.

Response by poster: Thanks for the responses, everyone! It's none of these so far, and more wracking my brain has turned up the image of an officer at the door rather than a car crash specifically.
