Learning Spanish for a not quite preteen.

I am looking for some decent youtube (or comparable) videos to learn Spanish for an almost 11 year old boy.

My son and I are doing Mango Languages Spanish together this summer and it is fine, but a little dry so we are supplementing with some youtube videos.

Many of the youtube videos I can find are geared towards adults or preschool age kids. We would both prefer someone who doesn't constantly. speak. in. a. rising. voice.

We are both very much newbs at Spanish so something very basic is best at this point.

I like Easy Spanish - example. And also Butterfly Spanish - example.

It's not a learning resource as such, but El Dodo is the Dodo's Youtube channel subtitled in Spanish -- sweet animal stories where the voiceover in English is always present as well. I've found it interesting and helpful as a learner.
