Is there a way to get a fully rendered digest of a person's tweets?

Basically, I want to be able to follow someone and get a daily digest of their fully rendered tweets. Is this possible?

Right now I am able to get a list of all the tweets, but there is a character limit, and images do not render. Is it possible to get the full tweets, all rendered, in a digest?

The motivation for this, just to be clear, is that I know someone who doesn't use twitter really, but they do have a specific account whose tweets they'd like to keep up with...logging into the app and checking that person's tweets is sort of annoying because then they have to scroll back to the last tweets etc. It would be much better if they just got a digest that they could read and then get on with their life.

There are apps (not the main Twitter app) that will stay on whatever tweet you're looking at until you choose to scroll up or down. I use one called Twitterrific, but I'm sure there are others too.

Have you looked into services that will create an RSS feed? eg.

nitter.net is probably what you're after. It's basically an anonymous front-end for Twitter. It doesn't rely on you being logged into Twitter (because that would defeat the point) - you can't tweet/reply at people - but you can see their tweets/replies, and there's a good RSS stream available for each page.
