What's queer in Albuquerque?

I'm planning a visit to Albuquerque to visit my cool aunt. What are some queer spaces I should check out? I'm also seeking recommendations for trans-friendly spas and similar pampering opportunities.
Well it's been a long time (like 1997 or so) but down on route 66 if it's still there... Double Rainbow.

The Flying Star Cafe/ne Double Rainbow Cafe has a long reputation for excellent dining, service, location, and decor. Parking on busy Central Avenue/Rte 66 can be a challenge, but if you're willing to walk a block you'll find a spot. It has a large, loyal clientele, regularly filled with UNM students, couples and groups. The also is known positively as a gathering place for the "alternative lifestyles community, including the GBLT.OMG, so much time long ago spent at the Double Rainbow. Well I guess now The Flying Star... if it's still there.....

I cannot comment on the trans-friendliness but several of my friends enjoy Betty's in the North Valley for spa and massage.
The Soch - rebranded Albuquerque Social Club is a queer bar/entertainment space. They have a Facebook page that lists events.
The Transgender Resource Center has a thrift store Thrift-a-Lot.
