Google Earth Search Blockings

So how does this work? I'm searching Google Earth for a specific address and it shows the house across the street. When I pan around to the address it is a large pixelated blur. Is this an address that has been blocked because of the email address (my phone number) or does this person not want anyone searching for them? How does one block having someone or anyone search for them?

It's not specific to you. No one is blocking you in particular, and it has nothing to do with your account, email, phone number, or anything else. The person has requested that their place be blurred out for everyone.
