Hi. What if I were to recreate this from scratch? What would the portions be?
What about the coconut sugar? ThAt doesn’t sound keto.

Response by poster: It can pass if small amounts are used, and most is substituted.

I'd probably search to try and find other similar recipes, vs trying to figure it out only from the ingredient list. I tried searching for keto peanut butter blondies and I found this. There are suggestions to swap for dairy free using coconut oil and coconut flour which sounds a lot like the ingredients of the product you want to try and recreate, but it doesn't use a liquid sweetener.

Googling cashew Butter Blondies brought up this simple recipe using some of the ingredients listed for your bar, sans coconut products, Arrow root etc.
Ingredients on packaging are listed in order of what the product contains most of, in this case eggs, Agave syrup, coconut sugar, cashew butter. I
would definitely skip the coconut flour, it is difficult to work with without an exact recipe, because it absorbs any liquid or oil rapidly. If you do add it, use very little, eg start with one teaspoon.
I would use this as a starting point.
▢1 cup cashew butter
▢3 eggs
▢3 tablespoons maple syrup
▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢½ teaspoon baking soda
