Seeking specific spoiler for The Last Anniversary by Liane Moriarty

According to my Kindle, I’m about 25% through The Last Anniversary by Liane Moriarty. There’s a particular subplot that is disturbing to me and I’d like to know if it will be resolved positively. If it’s not, I’d rather quit now.
So in the book, Grace is suffering from what seems like undiagnosed post-partum depression. Will she get help before there’s a tragedy?
I haven’t read any summaries/spoilers online because I don’t want to spoil anything else. I like the rest of the plot lines in the novel. Grace’s story just stresses me out, but if I know it’s going to turn out okay, I can push through.
