Do you have a favorite marechiaro recipe?

I'm trying to replicate a marechiaro pasta dish from my favorite Neapolitan-style Italian restaurant. Please share some tried-and-true recipes!
How this dish is described by the restaurant: "Homemade squid ink tagliolini, jumbo scallops, clams, roasted garlic, in light spicy tomato sauce."
I would settle for just getting the sauce right -- it has strong flavors of garlic, seafood, and tomato without being a "tomato sauce" really (the only visible tomatoes are a few scattered cherry tomatoes, the sauce itself is fairly thin and fluid).

I would definitely make my own tomato juice, rather than use a store-bought one, or use the juices from a can of whole tomatoes that has been canned without added sugar or salt.
Where I live, I can buy squid ink pasta, otherwise you can find it online, or if you like cooking projects you can buy squid ink and make your own. I can see how it would be very good with the sauce.
