Best proximity sensor alarm and/or cameras (cars)

What are you using?

This is all. Recently picked up a sensitive proximity alarm for a car that alerts the driver if the car is touched or even when someone is near enough.

Curious to hear what others are using. Bonus points if the tools aren't interrupted by typical RFID interference.

I have used tags from Wireless Tag on my basement windows for motion alerts on my phone. They work great, but have to be within range of their wifi base station. Not sure if that would break your plans.
