Can I hear you now?

Need a better, louder wired headset for my cell phone.
I get my hearing checked regularly, so I know I'm not going deaf, but the one I have now just does not get loud enough under normal use conditions. Any similar experiences, recommendations?

Best answer: I use a plantronics $40 dongle that boost the sound of any headset tremendously.

Response by poster: Izzmeister: I found the Plantronics dongle. What kind of batteries does it use and how long do they last?

Best answer: The dongle might work, but I've noticed the Jabra headsets with the eargels are pretty good. Those eargels pipe the sound directly into your head, which seems to help a lot, especially on my Treo.
