Intl bands/songs that sound like Tame Impala's 'The Slow Rush' vibe

Hey all -- I would like your suggestions please for international (i.e. non-english-speaking) songs/bands that are in the vein of Tame Impala's latest work 'The Slow Rush.' I'm thinking of: a psych-pop vibe/ echoey falsettos / soft-groovy baselines / arty glitching / vocoders / swirly flanges/ polished, layered soft disco funk -- ThankYou!

How about Air? I love their first album 'Moon Safari' but their sound and vibe is intact through the whole catalog. Could also try out Nightmares on Wax, Tosca, Morcheeba. (edit: missed the note re: non-english-speaking, I'll try to come up with a few more)

Dungeon - Ta det lugnt Swedish psych rock from 2004.

Kim Jung Mi - Now Korean psych folk from 1973.

It's probably worth digging through the repsychled discography. They are based in Peru and are reissuing a lot of international psych rock. Mostly South American.

I'm looking forward to see what else pops up here.

See if there's anything you like on this French Indie Pop playlist.

L'Impératrice is nu-disco/synthpop. Might appeal to you.

Thanks to a tendency to shuffle play my entire library I have only a vague idea of what bands and albums I'm listening to. I frequently confuse Miami Horror with Tame Impala.

Edit: doh sorry, missed the non-english bit. I'll leave it here in case its useful to anyone else.
