Competent bookkeeper in UK

Seeking a competent,reliable and inexpensive bookkeeper in the UK.Although I am in London I would be happy to deal with said bookkeeper through the mail.
There is no MetaFilter jobs. Dr.Pill if you want help figuring out who is a good accountant, or how to find a good accountant, Ask metafilter can help you. If you're looking to hire someone here, this is not what Ask Metafilter is for. Perhaps you could clarify what you are looking for and what problem you are trying to solve?

Response by poster: Jessamyn,what I was hoping for was one of the many self-employed UK Mefites to reccomend their bookkeeper "X has done my books for years and they are competent,reliable and inexpensive" .I am not looking for an accountant,I am looking for a bookkeeper to turn receipts,invoices,bank statements etc. into a set of books for my accountant work from.If this is the wrong forum for this sort of request please forgive me.
