What's the best online group fitness program?

What online daily group fitness program should I join? Special snowflake details inside.

I'd like to find an online "boot camp"-style program where I have to work out hard every day, live, in a group, for a designated number of weeks toward a goal (even if that goal's kinda squishy, like "in 28 days you'll feel much stronger and have better balance" or whatever - that's fine). I'm being advertised Obé and the like, and that's probably in the vein of what I'm looking for, but I'm not familiar with any specific programs. I'm willing to pay what it's worth. What program do I want?

I need the motivation of external accountability here. Prerecorded videos are not doing it for me. So I'm looking for something that will expect me to show up every time and turn my camera on. I want to push myself as much as I can in the daily time I have to devote to this. I'm open to any kind of workout that will get me breathing hard. I'm pretty sedentary right now but have no physical impediments that would be a problem. I was once pretty devoted to Pilates, but taking classes in person was a huge part of why that worked for me.

What time zone are you in? The small gym I go to has pivoted to online because of Covid, and there are live classes Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat at 8am Pacific, 9am Tues/Thurs. Tuesday through Friday are boot camp style; Monday & Saturday are step.

If that's something that interests you, message me and I can give you details.

Also apparently Everybody Gym is doing great online classes.

I don't know of anything that fits all your requests (that it's live, that you have your camera on, and that it has one of those "28 days to" themes). I think most organizations that run "FOUR WEEKS TO EXERCISE" type programs are pretty big, whereas most organizations that allow you to turn your camera on are more mom-and-pop type gyms.

Obe has a lot of daily live classes on the weekdays (and quite a few on weekends too). It's obvious that their focus is the east coast but there are enough that people in other American time zones can use it too. If you have a friend who's also using Obe, there's a social function where you can have what's called a "workout party" where you either share video of each other or share texts during the workout.

I love 305 Fitness At Home, which isn't live but has a new video every day, and is like a joyous dance party. (The older videos are available on demand too.)

If being seen live is the most important element for you, then you might prefer a smaller gym's offerings, like this gym in New Jersey looks pretty good and there's a Groupon. I also do live, camera-on workouts with a bunch of sporty dancing women in Mexico City sometimes, DM me if you want the info to join.
