Doctor in/around Maryand who listens and doesn't hate fat people?

Please recommend a non-shitty doctor in Maryland, Northern VA, or Southern PA that either accepts self-pay or Priority Partners.

I have some nebulous health issues (fatigue and odd/changing abdominal pain) that I'm sure will be hard to diagnose. But thus far, going to doctors attached to my ultra-shitty insurance, Priority Partners, is going nowhere.

Each time, the doctor focuses on my weight as the cause of any possible health problems I could ever have, and/or they have their own agenda involving things that do not address my issues at all (flu shots, mammograms, etc). So far, no one has even come close to helping. I've been prescribed antibiotics for a UTI I definitely don't have (my very clearly presented evidence for that was ignored), and given one basic blood panel which, when it showed nothing, was all anyone was willing to do in terms of diagnosis.

What I am looking for is a doctor who is interested in helping me with my issues instead of imposing their own agenda on me, who LISTENS (!!!) long enough to actually understand what the issues are, who understands that I am a competent adult who knows her own body, and who treats fat people like they are human and like just mayyyyybe there could be a cause for a medical issue other than excess weight.

I am unemployed and don't really want to spend savings on this, but I am desperate, so if I have to resort to self-pay to actually be diagnosed and treated, so be it.

If anyone can help with this, I will be eternally grateful. I'm close to just giving up.

Response by poster: P.S. I'm open to a nurse practitioner as well, it doesn't have to be a doctor.

I hope you get more personal and recent recommendations but if not, this list has some entries for MD/VA/PA.
