Dewey number for mid-century modern interior design?

I know there are many librarians on metafilter; they have kindly helped me before. What would be the dewey number for mid-century modern interior design? Thank!

In Dewey, it would be in the 747s, in LC it'd be around NK2004.

Best answer: For Dewey I'd use either 747.09730904 or 747.09730945. These decode as 747 {Decorating, Interior Design} . 0973 {United States} 0904 {20th century} or 0945 {1950–1959}.

...oops, typo, the "09730945" and "0945" above should have been "097309045" and "09045".

Is the hypothetical work written in eg 1954 about contemporary design or was it written in eg 2010 about design in the middle of the 20th century. The latter could be categorized as a type of history, but not the former.
