USA coronavirus data by county and zip.

I want to visualize some SARS-CoV-2 stats over time for some counties and zip codes in Missouri and Illinois. All I can find is downloads of data at the state level. Is anyone gathering county-level and zip code-level historical data for download? I tried county websites but some just have graphs, not links to their source data.
County-level data here, but there isn't a way to download the data for yourself. It uses Johns Hopkins CSSE data, and the project is on Github, so you could go through that code and see if there is an API call (or something?) usable for your purposes.

I've used the NYT data on Github. If you want county-level data go here.

Virginia Public Access Project breaks data down by county on its website - notice the small search box at top of page.

Infection2020 has county-level data with graphs over time. Just use the map to find the general area and then drill-down using the menu on the lower left to specify a county.

I've been using usafacts.org (about) to do some Benford's Law analysis. Their site collects infection and death data at county and state levels. They use FIPS codes, which can be mapped to ZIP codes.
