I’ve heard-read ‘sudaca’ used as both a slur, by Spanish people against Latin Americans, and also as a reclaimed word by those same Latin Americans against the Spanish. An old use though, of the 1980s-1990s.

Porteño is someone from Buenos Aires.
Sudaka I hear more as a reclaimed word, but that maybe because my social circle has a large component of South Americans that live in Spain.

I agree with conifer on sudaca/sudaka. Previously pejorative, often reclaimed today. To be clear, it never refers to Spaniards, but to South Americans (whether self-labeled or otherwise).
porteño means from the port city, so in Argentina it's a resident of Buenos Aires, but in other places refers to other major port cities (e.g. in Chile they'd be talking about someone from Valparaíso). Other names based on regional geography (whose specific referent may vary based on the country):
abajeño (lowlander)
arribeño (highlander)
litoraleño (from the littoral region)
costeño (from the coast)

Chilango is someone from Mexico City. It can be used as derogatory, but in recent years it has been reclaimed.

In Spain, sudaca refers to all Latin Americans not just South Americans.

The word "gaúcho" is commonly used in Portuguese to refer to anyone in or from the southernmost part of Brazil, particularly the state of Rio Grande do Sul, but the Spanish word "gaucho" seems to only narrowly refer to ranchers in the grasslands of the Southern Cone, or anyone else descended from or carrying on the lifestyle of the historical gauchos.
