Tracking my cycle on autopilot?

Looking for an app that will basically do it all for me, and pop up warnings in my Google calendar when I am likely to be premenstrual and the likely start date of my cycle. A separate app to check isn't going to stick so well. Does this exist?

It's ancient and not an app but Cyclespage.com will email you up to 4 days before the predicted start of menstruation. You can choose for it to be 4/3/2/1 or on the predicted start day.

I use Clue, which will send a variety of notifications if you want it to.

Can't you do it in Google Calendar? I set up events for PMS, Estimated Period Start and Estimated period end, recurring every 28 days based on my last period. As the dates arrive I change event title to "Period Start/Period End" and move them if I'm off by a day or two.

I use an app called Period Tracker, but there are lots of apps that do this. You can choose what notifications to get. I see options for zero to five days before your period is predicted to begin. It also tracks your cycle and gives you charts and logs so you can see how your cycle is shifting (if at all). You can also get alerts for ovulation and track various symptoms if you want.

I don't know how or whether it integrates with Google Calendar, but I've been using the app iPeriod for (scrolling back on the app...) about 9 years now. I like that it adapts its predictions based on my past cycle, instead of a fixed 28-day (or otherwise) assumption).

I also like the way it gives charts of one's past cycles. As an AFAB person of a certain age, I find myself looking at my chart with hopes that maybe I'll be done with this nonsense sometime soon.
