What is the best free cross-device website blocker for Chrome?

I tried Block Site, but after setting it up on one of my computers it isn't blocking sites on any of the others.

Response by poster: Edit: Block Site does work across computers, you just have to redo your settings for each device.

Seconding NextDNS, you install a client on each of our devices, and they can all share a common configuration.

Within that configuration, you can block sites. It also provides privacy through ad & tracker blocking.
