Badinage for Brass recording

My dad is looking for a recording -- format doesn't matter -- of Harold L. Walters' Badinage for Brass.
Google tells me about bands that have performed it, but I haven't been able to track down a recording there, at iTunes, or at Amazon.

There's a recording available here which lists 'Badinage' but whether or not it's the one you want, I don't know. But there's a sound clip for your dad to check it out.

The Amazon entry lists that Badinage version as composed by Kevin Norbury (but don't tell the dad and maybe he'll give it a thumb's up anyway).
As a possibly useful tip, the song is better searched as Badinage for Brasses. The plural has a higher hit count, plus the German Wikipedia entry for Harold L. Walters lists it that way. Someone in Germany must really like the guy, he doesn't have an English Wiki entry.
Unfortunately while you can buy sheet music of Badinage for Brasses, I don't see any available recordings for it either. It must not be one of the more popular of Harold's 1500 compositions. Unless you can persuade a brass band to play it from the sheet music, or reasonably simulate one, it could be the sort of deal where you keep monitoring eBay for a rare, one-off, or amateur recording and hope.

Hi There. Not that I'd ever condone the use of file sharing software but for the really obscure, er, "a friend" has had some joy with Soulseek. The best ever for the totally-off-the-wall was the original Audiogalaxy, er, he says.
