Trying to source George Lucas quote

A fascinating quote from George Lucas about the three main heroes from the original Star Wars movie is going around Twitter, but no one has bothered to cite a source for it. Help me, Obi-Wan?
Here's the quote; Lucas is reminiscing about coaching Carrie Fisher on her role:
“Leia is the leader. She is the key character. I said: ‘You’re a 19 year old senator. You kick butt every day. You can shoot, you can fly, you’re smart. These two guys are goofuses. They don’t know anything. Han knows how to fly a spaceship. Luke doesn’t know anything except how to work on moisture vaporators. You’re the only one who knows what’s going on. You’re in this revolution. They’re not. You’re in charge of everything. So, stand up straight!’ I constantly reminded her that she could walk right up to Darth Vader and not be afraid of him.”
Here's the image the quote appears in. It appears to be print media, but I haven't been able to find it.

Response by poster: I finally got a source from the original Twitter feed where I saw this. It’s from The Star Wars Archives, Episodes IV-VI, 1977-1983, by Paul Duncan.

The general idea is one that Lucas has been saying since at least the 2004 New Hope commentary track: “Young, nineteen, the same age as what Luke was supposed to be, but instead of being kind of an idealistic naive farm boy from the far reaches of the netherlands, she’s like a very sophisticated, urbanized rule, a Senator, so she’s a politician, she’s accomplished, she’s graduated, got her PhD at nineteen and she rules people and is in charge. [I needed an actress] who could be younger and play with a lot of authority…and push these guys around.”
The photo you found does seem to suggest it may be a genuine Lucas quotation.
