Does the repeated presence of tissues in this artwork by Japanese artist/ illustrator Misaki Tanaka symbolize something...

...other than terrific sex is messy?

Tissues are a repeated element in her more sexual pieces. Does anyone know if they have a meaning beyond the obvious?

It's a common symbol for "this is how many times they came", so not specific to this artist.

Thanks, j.k. That is cool. Do you know if it's a recent theme, or anything about it's origin (manga?) ?
