Is there a way to legally stream the Rugby World Cup in Canada?

The Rugby World Cup is coming up. Is there a way I can stream it on my Roku stick? I don't have cable and I am located in Canada.

TSN is broadcasting it. You can subscribe to TSN here. They have a $5/day option or $20 for the month. That said, I haven't been able to find anything on TSN that indicates whether all games will be streamed or just some. Maybe give them a call?
