ISO Medication and Symptom Tracker

I'm looking for a medication/symptom tracking app for Android that does the following. After downloading a few that don't, I'm hoping you can help!

1. Track symptoms like nausea
2. Remind me when to take scheduled medication, even better if the repeats can be more flexible like every second week or on certain dates
3. Track times you took medication that are not pre-scheduled

I can't believe I haven't found something that does all three of these things yet!

I use My therapy and it seems to do what you all you ask. The layout isn't quite inutative though but set up its worked well for me.

Best answer: For my therapy, symptom check is under where you add entries and then clicking the more button.

Response by poster: Thanks for the recommendation! In the meantime I figured out how to do this in one of the apps I already have - CareZone. You have to go to Medications > Schedule and just check the box next to the 'as directed' medicine you are taking.
