How can I set up an internal company email digest?

At my small (5 people) company I am regularly forwarding articles of interest, links to social media posts, etc. I'd like to try to organize it a little better. Is there a tool that I can add articles to as I come across them, and then will send out an email "digest" when I ask it to? I suppose people are using slack for this nowadays, but I work with some app-phobic people who need to receives this as an email. Thanks!
Response by poster: We use Outlook, and everyone has an iPhone.

I’m pretty sure you can do this with Pocket and IFTTT.

You might be able to use Nuzzel to do something like this. It has an email newsletter feature (which they mention often, but I've never used).

I do this with TinyLetter. I just keep a draft email with the links I want to send, and every few weeks (this could be any interval) I format it and send it to my list of people. It's very easy to manage, nice interface that includes photos but not as fancy (or complicated) as MailChimp.

If you happen to be an Office365 customer, their tool called "Sway" helps build newsletters...but as Jessamyn says if you are just sending mail to 5 people with well known clients you could likely take care of this with just a draft email.

In my former office, we did this with Paper.Li. Everyone can sign up to contribute links if they want to, but usually it is mostly the interns. Then once a week, the interns clean up all the links and send out the email -- which can include all the links or a subset of them plus a link to more.
It's not particularly private -- if you don't promote it no one will know it's there, but the newsletters are on the public web. That's a disadvantage if you don't want this getting out of your organization, but an advantage if people might prefer to read it at home, or as in my case, if you've got former employees who still like to drop links into the collection.

Can you make a listserv for this domain interest?
Those would be easy to set up rules for in all email clients, too.
And you get to have a little club of knowledge.
