What is this PL chant?

I heard this chant all last year and could never make out any words. It seemed to appear at loads of games, so not identified with one particular club, and I *think* I heard it during Championship games so not necessarily just a PL thing, but I could be wrong about that. (Recorded here a few minutes ago during Liverpool v. Norwich). Obviously I can’t google it because I don’t have a single word to hook the search on, and I’ve spent way too long down the rabbit hole of football chant forums with no luck. I can’t take another year of not knowing it! Help?
Response by poster: It’s definitely not You’ll Never Walk Alone, and it’s been at pretty much all the games last season not just Liverpool. It has a very distinctive sound - here is where I wish I could describe music better than “up and down-y” - and I’d know YNWA anywhere.

Best answer: It sounds vaguely like the Liverpool chant Allez Allez Allez.

Yeah, it’s definitely Allez Allez Allez.
The Liverpool lyrics are:
We’ve conquered all of Europe
We’re never gonna stop
From Paris down to Turkey
We’ve won the fucking lot
Bob Paisley and Bill Shankly
The fields of Anfield Road
We are loyal supporters
And we come from Liverpool
Allez Allez Allez
Allez Allez Allez

We stole it off Roma and a lot of other clubs stole it off us. Don’t know what their words are! I noticed Wolves in particular singing it last year.

Other examples at 7:20 in this video and 0:28, 1:53, 3:37 of this one. I like it, and I'll have to see about getting the supporters in my area to adopt a version.

I'm agreeing with JoeZydeco that it's "We Conquered All of Europe, Allez, Allez, Allez"

Response by poster: Thank you!!! Having finally got a title I was able to find this which explains why I didn’t just hear it at Liverpool matches. I also looked up the origin song which was...interesting. Much appreciated.

I know absolutely zero about English football.
The only reason I knew any of this was from going down a rabbit hole the other week over Righeira. They tried breaking in the US in the early 80s with "No Tengo Dinero" and then I found their other music on YouTube.

Here's a slightly clearer audio of fans singing in the Championship against Roma.
