Hashtag word generator/mixer

I’m looking for a program or app (prefer app for phone) that I can have, say, 10 groups of 100 words (hash tagged, but I don’t think that matters for the app/program) that I enter myself, then it will randomly mix them up for me and give me 30, or let me just select the first 30. This is for Instagram, to make it easier to add hashtagged words and save my fingers. I want to choose the words myself, not have them generated externally.
So on my Instagram, I share 3 different types of images, say dog, cat, ferret. So if I post a dog image, I would love to go to an app and have it auto generate, or just mix up, 30 #dogwords from my personal collection of 100 #dogwords. If I post a cat image, I could click on my collection of #catwords and it would randomly mix up all my cat words for me to choose a chunk of 30 words from. This is so I don’t use the same ones over and over, and so I don’t have to mentally choose and type in each one individually. Mainly it is because I post to Instagram from my phone, and the typing is killing my hands. This doesn’t have to be Instagram related, just basically a random group word generator/mixer using the words that I have personally entered and saved in groups of dog, cat, ferret.
To be clear, I want to create the groups of words myself, I do t want the app/program to come up with words that are not mine.

Response by poster: Thank you all. This helped me to find something that I think will work: Shuffle Words
I’ll still have to copy and paste the group of words, but its much better than having to type in each one individually.
