Where to get a watch band expanded in Austin, TX?

I have a Timex watch with an expanding band that is too tight for my wrist. Looking for a recommendation of a place that can expand it for me for a reasonable price.
The watch is a Timex Women’s Stretch Bangle Crisscross 25mm Watch. Basically it will go on my wrist just barely but it is way, way too tight. I looked around for another expandable band, but it is very narrow so I was unable to find a suitable replacement anywhere. So my solution was to buy another watch, so that some links could be taken from one and used in the other.
I don’t have the tools or expertise to do it myself, so I am asking for a recommendation of a place that can do it cheaply. I am in Austin, Texas. North of the river is preferable. Anything in the Domain won’t work for me.
I also want a leather band replaced on another watch, and I figure I can get it done at the same place.
