Where can an activist group hold a big town hall meeting in NYC?

An activist group needs to emergency reschedule a big Town Hall next Wednesday the 27th in NYC. Where can we check about space? Needs: 200-300 people. Sound System. Wheelchair accessible. Projector preferred. We will pay what it takes. Ideas?
Check out the First Unitarian in Brooklyn Heights.
They host meetings and political fora and the like (ive attend them there). I think the AV side might be more of a you-bring-what-you-need type situation though.

What borough/area? I work for a large advocacy org that holds meetings of this size sometimes, I can ask the staff organizer for the relevant borough(s).

I attended a DSA meeting held at St. Francis School for the Deaf in Crown Heights that was about that size. You could contact them to ask about space rental.
You should also check Bed-Stuy Restoration - it's a community development org that has a bunch of event space options, plus they're local to me and I can confirm that they're a great organization.

I sent your question to my Manhattan community organizer coworker, and she suggested The New School. Here's a link to their venue rental page.
