Good space for a casting call?

I'm trying to host an open casting call for actors/models in NYC. Any ideas for somewhere professional, yet cheap or free?

We are expecting a large number of people to try out for our show. It is legit, but we don't have a lot of money yet so would rather not pay a lot. Is this the type of thing people rent an office for a day for?

Any other ideas?

How cheap is cheap? There are a lot of churches in NYC that have empty space that you might rent out for a day. I know my church in Astoria is generally open to opportunities like that.

I've attended several readings at Ripley-Grier Studios on 8th Ave. These readings are usually hosted by artist/writer friends who need a space larger than their apartments, so I suspect it's fairly inexpensive. And the space holds many studios - there are always actors and dancers hanging around in the hallways.
