Wasting an Ask on half-remembered MST3K

Trying to remember in which MST3K episode a certain scene occurred...
Remembering this from the mid-90s, so definitely the Joel years. The film they were clowning was more or less a teen slasher flick. I think the group of teens was actually recording a "rock album." The lead singer/top-billed star kind of looked like the kid from Christine. He is recording some vocals in a studio, finishes, and then is asked what he thinks. He gives a big OK sign and derisively says "It stinks."
Bonus points if you can point me to a GIF so I don't waste my V A L U A B L E time downloading the episode and making a GIF from it.

(Um, like "burnin' rubber tires," "idiot patrol now" is a quote from the (MST-ed)song, whoever flagged that as potentially offensive or whatever!!!)
