Looking for a folk song

I’ve got fragments of a beloved song stuck in my head and I can’t remember the name or artist. All I can remember is ab outline of a litany of losses and something about “I’ll pull that bow across the string.” Please help!
The song has close harmony — female lead vocals and male harmony — and guitar, with a folky Americana feel.
The singer is explaining how she’ll continue through a variety of losses. She’ll pull her fiddle bow across the string; if you take that fiddle bow, she’ll sing all night; if you take her voice (maybe getting the order wrong here) she’ll dance all night; if you break her only heart, she’ll find another love and start again.
Googling ill-remembered fragments has failed to uncover the song so far. Please help me. Thank you!
