Toxic workplace article?

I saw a great post a few years ago with a link to show a toxic workplace. I'm trying to find the link and wondered if anyone had it handy? I think the author was something like Izzy??? Thanks a lot

Oh man, that sick systems article is totally the gift that keeps on giving... it's almost certainly the one you're talking about, but even if it's not, it's very much worth a read.
