LinkedIn Profile but involved in 3 different businesses

What do I put on my Linkedin Profile when I’m involved in 3 different businesses. All of these businesses are my own. One business is the cash cow. One covers a niche which brings in around 30% of my income. And the third one is semi-experimental. All these businesses are in the area of information technology.

Now professionally, the time has come where I really need a LinkedIn profile. But what do I put on the LinkedIn profile without looking like I have too many irons in the fire? I’m afraid that this might look a little bit “too entrepreneurial” and might significantly dilute my offerings when prospects are researching me?

Is there an overall title you can give yourself and list the businesses underneath? I think mainly, you just want to make sure it doesn't look like you've forgotten to put end dates on things.

I would put the two income providing things as two separate entries under Experience, with dates you started each and open ended to show they are still current. Put enough detail under each to differentiate why they are separate businesses and roles. I'd put the semi-experimental thing as a Project.

Your headline should summarize your diversity. I've seen people who wrote that up as 'data engineer and serial entrepreneur.'

you could look into showcase pages - Showcase Pages are extensions of your LinkedIn Page, designed for spotlighting a brand, business unit, or initiative. Create a page for aspects of your business with their own messages and audience segments to share with.

Yeah, your headline should be a big bucket like "Information Technology Entreprenuer" and then your Experience should list each project, continuing to the present, with the title "Founder and Principal" or whatever best describes your work.
