BostonFilter: Can anyone recommend a good buddhist meditation group, temple or otherwise for a friend of mine?

I've already pointed them to:

http://www.boston-online.com/Religion/Buddhist/
and
http://www.buddhanet.net/americas/usa_ma.htm

but know nothing of it myself. They're looking for something to get them started...not too instense but not lax either. Just want to optimize the search and avoid the nutters.

I have a friend who attends Dzogchen Center Cambridge and the Cambridge Zen Center.

Harvard's Pluralism Project lists other centers in the Great Boston area.
