Resort/lodging recommendations in Belize or Costa Rica?

I usually go AirBnb but for this trip I'm looking for something a bit more all-inclusive.

I'd like to go to either Belize or Costa Rica for 10 days in January. TBD if I will be going alone (30, female) or with a friend. I've traveled a fair amount before, and feel comfortable getting around, but I'd like this trip to be very easy and relaxing. So I'm looking for recommendations for a specific resort or lodging - or failing that, an area - that I could make my basecamp.

What I'd like:
-No more than 2-3 hours from a major airport (I'll be flying from Chicago, if it matters.) MAYBE up to 6 hours if it's incredibly amazing and worth it.
-Delicious vegetarian/pescatarian food.
-Snorkeling day trip(s)
-"Adventure" day trips like kayaking, zip-lining, parasailing, etc
-Yoga, massages
-Near some kind of national/state park to explore
-Waterfall/swimming-hole hiking
-More romantic/boutique/charming/quiet in feel than corporate/PARTAY/"Cancun"
-Doesn't require renting a car - I'll pay extra for taxis/tours etc

Appreciate any suggestions! Thanks.

I believe Copa de Arbol on the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica ticks all of your boxes. It's a lovely place in a beautiful part of the country, and they will happily arrange whatever excursions you want.

I haven't been but Omega is on my bucket list. It looks like it might be a nice fit for you.

Hamanasi Resort in Belize possibly checks all your boxes, except onsite yoga/massages. I honeymooned there about a decade ago. Good food, and VERY adventure/excursion-focused; with snorkeling, diving, caving, hiking, you-name-it day trips.
