Help me find this tweet

Please help me find something I saw on Twitter a couple months ago. The text read as a kind of fratty dude who is vocalizing support for leftist/human rights causes such as a Medicare For All while also admitting he is too stupid to argue the finer political nuances with opponents. It was way funnier than I am making it out to be, but it's driving me crazy that I can't find it.

The image read a bit a like a college poster where the several different causes would be laid out: "I support healthcare as a human right. How do we create Medicare For All? Don't ask me, I'm dumb as s---"

I'm wording it poorly but the overarching message was that the person is both a decent human being advocating for social justice and also too stupid to write a detailed précis on how we achieve such measures. Help!

I know this is not very useful, but I think that was Rob Whisman -- I remember it, too. (I have been looking for this for half an hour and have to move on with my life now.)
