What do I need to run Roblox Studio?

carter jr. likes Roblox, and wants to experiment with Roblox Studio (the developer tool). However I am having a difficult time trying to figure out what the Studio will run on. Mac and PC, obviously (?), but anything else? We have some Kindle Fires and a Chromebook lying around for his use. Thank you!

I emailed Roblox support, but no reply (yet). If Roblox Studio does require a PC, any recommendations for a lower end/refurbed laptop that it would run on would also be appreciated. Thanks again!

Best answer: Looks like the Studio is limited to Mac and PC. Judging from the screenshots and experience with similar development tools, I'd imagine that it'll run on anything Roblox runs on.

The link goes to official system requirements, but it appears any Intel or AMD computer running OS X or Windows made within the last 2-3 years should work. (There are some Windows tablet which will probably be a no-go.) #1 laptop on Amazon right now is $380 brand-new, and would probably work just fine based on the specs.

(No experience shopping for refurbs/used, sorry!)
