What style or kind or specific coat is this?

In the trailer for Suspiria linked on the blue yesterday, at 0:51, can you tell me what kind or style or specific coat that is that the woman is wearing?

Is there a name for that style? It looks like I guess what I would call a great coat except it appears to have a flap at the back of the neck and various other flaps around. If you happen to know what that actual coat is or who it's made by that would be great! (Warning, that trailer is of what appears to be a psychological horror movie. I didn't see anything bloody or anything up to that point but if it's uncomfortable for you to watch tense scenes, ymmv.)

Here's a photo for anyone who isn't able to scroll the YouTube vid.

So, I want to say cape, but it's not quite a (traditional) cape since it has distinct sleeves rather than just armholes. That being said, "Maxi Cape" is a common term that brings up images of similar outerwear - albeit not always as plush and dramatic as the one here. "Tie neck" or "necktie" is commonly used to to describe that style of neckline. It's hard to say if there is a specific, or perhaps more "official", name for that coat style since there don't appear to be many like it. Perhaps a person who is better acquainted with fashion history than I am will jump in to clarify? Giulia Piersanti is Guadanigno's costume designer; I tried to research her with regard to the work she did on this film, as well as her past work/anything involving outerwear, but didn't turn up much.

If you look at her right arm, you can see that it's not a true sleeve (not separate fabric from the body), there's just a seam running along the arm.
I searched for a scarf-neck cocoon coat and came up with this knit dolce & gabbana

Searching "Cocoon Cape" on etsy led me to a few close results, like this and this
