Where do I find this hat?

I saw this hat on a fellow in SE Asia, and I need your help finding it.

He said he bought it at Polcadot in Tokyo. I then went to Polcadot in Tokyo, no luck, and the staff had no idea where else I might find it.

It has vaguely Paul Smith type colours if that makes sense.

In all my online searching, I've had no luck. Anyone else seen it, or can source it?

I can't quite tell what it is made of, but it does look quite similar to this one: raffia crochet trilby straw hat by stetson (this is not the only place selling it and it seems there are a few color combos).

To either keep looking for yours or find another, I'd be try words like 'trilby', 'crochet', 'raffia', 'straw', 'multicolor' if you aren't already.

I think it might be this hat by San Diego Hat Company. It also comes in different colors. The band is different in your photo but otherwise it looks very similar.
