Is USPS informed delivery dead?

Last month, I could get to the Informed Delivery webpage easily, using a bookmark. Today, it won't load. None of the links on the USPS site work. Is ID dead?

https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action works fine for me. I wonder if it's something on your end?

Additionally, I got a postcard telling me to sign up yesterday, so it's definitely a going concern.

It's working for me right now.

Works for me. I can log in at informeddelivery.usps.com and see my mail, and I get an email every day saying what's going to be in my mailbox.

I've been getting an email from them every day.

I've been getting regular e-mails as well, although over the past month, only one actually showed me what was in the mail. The rest were for "a mailpiece for which we don't currently have an image," which is less than helpful.

Response by poster: Guess I had to reboot. It's working now.

Thanks, all.

It works just fine for me. I get the email every morning around 9 am telling me what I'll be receiving.

There's a banner on the USPS site that says they're no longer supporting outdated browsers, as of yesterday. So, update or change browsers or try the app?

Fwiw, I tried it this morning and could not get in either. It is working now.

I just saw them advertising the service on twitter earlier today. Maybe they got a lot of new signups and they’re a little overwhelmed?

It is one of my favorite things about USPS.
