Which crowd-source fundraiser to use?

I am on the board of a local farmers market. We need to raise funds for our SNAP matching program which was being sourced, in part, through a grant which has not been renewed. Do you have experience with raising funds online? Any recommendations or anti-recommendations?

We are not a non-profit due to the structure of the organization, we are categorized as a trade group. We use PayPal and have raised funds by setting up a page with a PayPal link before but it wasn't very successful. And there's both a gatekeeper to our web guy and a reluctance from the gatekeeper and the web guy to do anything that requires more than copy/paste. Deep thinking on how to set up an engaging PayPal page with multiple buy options was nixed last year due to this.

I like the features that are associated with some of these fundraiser pages but am also kind of swimming in the options. Would love to hear personal feedback, issues, concerns. This could end up being an annual event depending on how funding goes for SNAP in the future.

I know that youcaring doesn't charge fees, so you keep all you raise. That can make a big difference.

I recently used Chuffed.org for non-profit fundraising, and it's worked out pretty well. The fees for handling are up to the donor.
