Interesting things to do with grapefruit curd?

I made grapefruit curd today! It's sweet and sour and bitter and bright and delicious. So far I've put it on crackers, spread it on toast and given some to a person I want to find me interesting. What more creative culinary things can I do with it? Bonus if you come up with ideas involving Dungeness crab, which I really like with grapefruit.
I bet it would be great made into a kind of trifle-like dessert- layered with cubes of pound cake, condensed milk, and whipped cream.
Or- put it in tart shells, cover with meringue or marshmallow fluff, then broil to make it toasty- grapefruit meringue tarts!

Citrus curds are great as fillings for cakes -- I think grapefruit would go well with a cardamom sponge.
I imagine it would swap 1:1 for lemon curd, so maybe recipes using lemon curd will grant you some inspiration.

These are probably not terribly creative, but my thoughts go: scones and cream. Buttermilk biscuits. Shortbread. Pancakes/crepes. Rice pudding.

Spread a layer on a pavlova before adding a thick layer of whipped cream then top with berries or stone fruits.

Spread a layer of cream cheese on a plate, then a layer of grapefruit curd, then flaked crab on top. We do this with cocktail sauce as the middle layer but I bet it would also be great this way.

Make an easy semifreddo. The cookie part is optional, have also seen people take slices of pound cake and put it on top (which becomes the bottom when you flip it out), or just nothing.

For the crab you could make a nice soy-ginger glaze/dipping sauce along the lines of this, although I personally would used minced green onion rather than parsley.

Burrata, arugula, pine nuts and honey. We had these four things with grapefruit sections at a swish Italian place, and it was awesome. I could see the curd subbing nicely for the actual fruit.

I would just eat it with anything very savory and delicious. Try some rosemary focaccia with some salt on top? Eat it with something with a lot of butter and salt? If you want to be really daring, try some pulled pork or pulled jackfruit BBQ tacos and eat the grapefruit curd and burrata as a palate cleanser. Try to go as far in the other direction as you can!
