Low-rise pants

I am about to replace some old pairs of pants and I really want something low-rise. Mainly looking for sweatpants and shorts, pajama/lounge pants, and Levis.

My current workout gear and pajamas are incredibly high-waisted. With the crotch at what seems like a reasonable level, they're all high-water and the waistband is almost to my ribs. They can run up to 4 inches above my navel, and what I really want would be several inches below it. Sometimes I fold the waistbands down, but that can obscure the pockets. I have enough hip to hang a waistband off, and that's where I like it to be.

It's a lot easier to find low-rise jeans, partly because it's a thing that you can search for. But if you have recommendations for particular styles of jeans that'd be nice too.

Other minimum requirements:
- Non-static cotton or cotton blend
- Two front in-seam pockets, or at very least, one pocket that can hold a key and ID
- Not totally form-fitting in the waist/crotch/butt (so no leggings, possibly also no yoga pants)
- Gentle elastic or drawstring waistbands on the workout/lounge stuff
- Machine wash, tumble or line dry (any temp OK, delicates cycle OK)
- Men's or men's-style or gender-neutral; medium to dark colors

Is this a total unicorn, or do pants like these exist?

I’m a huge fan of patagonia’s sweatpants. I have the women’s version of these in two colors. They’re on the pricey side for sweatpants but will last a long time and are soooo comfortable, and seem to fill your requirements.
