Where can I get Allen Edmonds shoes re-soled in the UK?

I have some Allen Edmonds Lombard shoes, bought in the US, that need resoling. They're good shoes and I want them resoled properly (I don't want to just drop them off at Timpson's and hope for the best). But although Allen Edmonds ships to the UK, they don't have any outlets here, and their online repair service is US domestic only. Can anyone recommend UK-based cobblers who'll resole a pair of their shoes to an equally high standard? Ideally in the central belt of Scotland, but I'm open to other recommendations. Thanks!

These guys repair high-end shoes and offer a postal service.

I recently asked on facebook for recommendations in Edinburgh for someone to replace the zip on some boots and got two recommendations for Huttons Shoe Repair, near Easter Road, including one friend who referred to them as "old school and fabulous". I've not yet tried them, so can't vouch personally.

They do answer the email address on their website, so you could email them in advance to save a wasted trip, and see if you think they sound like they know what they're talking about.
